Property Management

Do you have a summer home in Washington County that needs care while you’re away? Or do you like to take long vacations, and need peace of mind so you can enjoy your time off to the fullest?

We currently offer year-round property management for our out-of-state clients who have summer homes in Washington County, and care during the winter months for locals who want to take some time away from the cold temperatures.

We can provide a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly walk-through of your home to inspect for malfunctions in your heating, cooling and plumbing, and to detect any other unforeseen problems. We will send you a report by e-mail once each walk-through is complete.

Grosh’s Lawn Service is able to take care of your every need to ensure that your property is well looked after while you’re away. Besides taking care of all of your outdoor services, we can also provide and arrange for housekeeping, window cleaning, roofers, electricians, heating/cooling (HVAC), plumbers, and just about anything else you need.

All of our pre-selected local subcontractors are people we know personally. They’ve worked with us for many years and have done work for me personally, so I know that they’ll take excellent care of your house. To make things extra simple for you, we even arrange for our subcontractors’ entry and exit to your home, limiting the need to provide keys to multiple contractors.
